| At Dharma Rose, we view personal information, such as your name, postal and e-mail address or telephone number, as private and confidential. Accordingly, the data you provide is stored in a secure location, is accessible only by Dharma Rose, and is used only to process your order and to occasionally keep you apprised about our goods and services. |

| Third Parties |
| Personal information will not be released to third parties except as pursuant to processing your order. Customer data may be sent to CyberCash to process transactions and as necessary to prevent or detect fraud or obtain a fraud score on the customer's transaction. We recommend that you use the secure server option when placing your order with us in order to ensure that no third party intercepts your information. |

| Computer Tracking |
| Our web site is not set up to track, collect or distribute personal information about its visitors. It does recognize the home server of visitors and the referring URL, but not e-mail addresses or other information about our visitors which would allow us to identify the particular visitors to our site. The referring URL is used to determine how visitors are finding our site, and to better target our search key words so that we are only reaching those interested in our merchandise and services. |
| Additionally, our web site tracks visit information. We compile statistics on the number of visitors to our site, and on the catalog pages and merchandise viewed by our visitors. These statistics are only used internally to evaluate interest in our products. They do not contain any personal information and cannot be used to gather such information. |

| Newsletter |
| Dharma Rose sends out periodic newsletters (typically every other month) to its customers to inform them of new offerings. Every newsletter e-mailed contains a custom link so the recipient can easily unsubscribe. |
| Dharma Rose is opposed to spam. Our mailing list is comprised only of our customers (and a few others who explicitly sign up for it). We do not add addresses from external lists or sources, nor will we ever sell or trade our e-mail list. |
