  Set Lists - citations on 2,318 Grateful Dead concerts from 1965 through 1995, listing a total of 37,118 songs. The format of this chapter has been changed to two columns in a smaller point size, saving about 80 pages. We have found that this more compact format also makes it easier to find a particular show.  
Songs Played - basic information on the Dead's songs including first and last performance dates and other artists who have recorded them.
Discography - a comprehensive listing of the Grateful Dead on vinyl, video, and in print.
Table - how many times songs were played each year.
Statistics - a statistical overview of the Grateful Dead's song selections.
Played/Not Played - a look at how the Dead's playlist evolved, highlighting songs as they join and leave the repertoire.

The ultimate Deadhead's reference book has been updated with the release of DeadBase XI, but it has not been replaced as such. Over a third of this book does not appear in the new edition, including the Feedback, Deadhead Survey, and Tape Timings chapters, as well as DeadBase '95. If the solo band lists which are in DeadBase XI are not of interest to you, DeadBase X is probably the better choice.
